Bez Careers began in Singapore by placing managers, chefs, service crew, and support staff with food and beverage businesses, from casual dining to fine dining.
It later added an internship and on-the-job training programme, so restaurants could take on extra hands while students gained a path into hospitality.
The firm now recruits across the region, with partnerships in Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Taiwan, Indonesia, Australia, China, Korea, Japan, Myanmar, Bangladesh, and India. Its work includes hospitality and integrated-resort hiring, including placements for operators in Macau, the Philippines, Brunei, and the Maldives.
